Thirty years ago, Poteau High School
drama teacher, Norma Smith, wanted to direct a show. So with the help of family, friends, and students, she put together a show called "Fiddler On The Roof". That
was the beginning of The Good Time Community Theatre League.
Mission Statement
The Good Times Theatre League is a not-for profit organization whose membership includes any person interested in its objectives, which are to:
• Provide fun, quality, family entertainment to the community in a theatrical venue;
• express artistic, civic and educational abilities and interests in our community;
• Create opportunities for children and adults to develop talents in all aspects of theatre arts;
• Showcase local talent; and
• Bring an enjoyable theatrical experience to our
community.
